Finally in Maggie Valley!
We took the long drive on the Blue Ridge Parkway and took our time.
All the stops we make to stretch and look at the view eat up a good portion of the hours on the road.
But that’s a wander.
So we’re in the valley, setting up base camp (hotel, I’m not sleeping in a tent to become a bear taco), and discussing supper plans.
It’s gonna be a fun week. We’re going to visit local folks we’ve made friends with over the seven years we’ve been coming up here tonight.
Maybe a little putt putt.
Tomorrow we wander.
