If you’re up this way and need a place to stay I’m always going to suggest Route 19 Inn. I slept better than I sleep at home last night. Nice clean straightforward hotel/motel. Old fashioned revamped 50s motor lodge. Excellent showers.
We went out for a hike today to The Sisters Cabin on the way to Cades Cove. Mags has always wanted to go there and now we have. It’s our thing.
I’m going to get up more info on the place and write it up here later.
It has been a packed first day up. The cabin, Cades Cove, putt putt, and then Sam wanted to take a swim.
10:30 at night and the only fool in the pool.
That’s it for tonight. Shower, bed, traditional 4oJ visits tomorrow.
